OUR STORY

Our names are Ryan and Laura, and we're a couple of middle-aged kids living our best life filled with all sorts of shenanigans. We have a trio of kids, a pair of dogs, a band that takes us on the road, and a desperate love of pickleball! We discovered this glorious sport during the pandemic when outdoor activities were all the rage, and within 8 seconds of play, we were in love.

 

Pickleball is a sport like no other - it's named after a most delectable fermented treat, there's a kitchen involved, and you spend most of your time just dinking around. Who could turn that down!? We certainly couldn't.

But (cue the dark music) there came a very serious problem. Upon searching the GOOGLES for our first set of paddles, we were shocked to find nary a single design that matched our exuberant pizazz and love for all things fun and fashionable.

Where there's a problem, there's a solution, my friends. And so, while playing with a set of embarrassingly generic paddles, we set out to make the pickleball world a little brighter, a little sassier, a little more cheeky.

League No. 5 was built on a dream. Humans aren't generic. Neither should their pickleball paddles be. We have some excellent gear for all your liveliest pickleball dreams, and we hope that you feel just a bit bouncier in your step out on the court.
